PERSONALITY
Zach has always been prone to mischief, it's just in his nature. A foggy memory and no family to speak of would probably make anyone want to act out. His family is mainly dead, so he's used to not really remembering many fond memories of them, and being alone. Quick-witted and cunning, he tends to be able to think his way out of most problems that come his way. He's been called a flirt, but he's never seen the harm in baiting the fairer sex.
A distrustful and inquisitive nature can easily make him an annoyance to those around him, but he's always liked to study people and play his little games with them. He's been scrounging around for scrap to build toys and mini doomsday machines since before he could walk. His natural mechanical and repair skills make him a natural weapon-smith. Despite his natural mischievous and grating nature, he's actually very empathetic, able to easily observe and mirror the emotions of those around him. His most note-able quirk comes in the form of choosing to often speak in direct song lyric quotes, because hey what's life without whimsy?.

HISTORY
Even though he couldn't remember his family, there wasn't much there to be remembered. He'd had a mother and a sister, but no real father to speak of. Even if he could remember them more clearly, they wouldn't be anything to write home about. He remembered vague pieces of a childhood and adolescence but nothing truly concrete. Even though he couldn't remember much before waking up on this ship with no idea where they were going and what they were doing, he wouldn't let it stop him. He still knew his name, knew how to walk, talk, eat, and all the other vital things. He would carry on, and not let this thing ruin his life, he could carry on, spreading his annoyance to all.
